Consultants

Consultants and leaders with responsibility

Experienced tax advisors, auditors, lawyers, insolvency advisors, and executives play a key role in shaping the quality of the SCHNEIDER + PARTNER consulting group. They take on responsibility for demanding mandates and lead teams at our locations in both technical and organizational matters.

We are more than typical consultants.
We provide long-term support to companies, analyze complex economic relationships, and develop sustainable solutions with foresight. This responsibility does not end with individual mandates—it also includes the development and leadership of our employees.

For us, leadership means

  • providing clear professional guidance,
  • ensuring quality
  • responsibly making decisions
  • strengthening teams and building lasting client relationships.

SCHNEIDER + PARTNER Beratergruppe has offices in several locations in Saxony, Berlin, Brandenburg, Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. This opens up a variety of opportunities for experienced professionals—for example, in Dresden, Chemnitz, or Munich—depending on their area of expertise and personal circumstances.

Those who think entrepreneurially, are technically skilled, and want to take on leadership responsibilities will find a stable, professional environment with clear structures and long-term prospects at our firm.

What our consultants and leaders say

... on the challenge of advising clients

What is challenging about advising the clients of SCHNEIDER + PARTNER Beratergruppe group?
We advise a broad cross-section of clients from various industries in very different situations—from the establishment of companies to litigation, restructuring, and insolvency situations. The mandates are therefore very varied and always require us to think deeply about the client's case and situation in order to find the best possible strategy for achieving the client's goals. That is where the challenge lies.

How do you lead your team?
I lead my team with a flat hierarchy and open communication at all times. The focus is on working together as a team to achieve the best possible result for the client.

Tino Lerche - Lawyer and Managing Director at MULANSKY + KOLLEGEN Rechtsanwälte GmbH

What is enriching/challenging about advising the clients of SCHNEIDER + PARTNER Beratergruppe?
The diversity and complexity of the tasks and the diversity of our clients—this dynamic interplay is both enriching and challenging for me on a daily basis. In addition, new tasks and changes in legislation are a constant reason to rethink existing processes and continuously improve them. Both structurally and in terms of content.

How do you lead your team?
To handle the jobs of "my" clients, we initially form temporary teams that are precisely tailored to the content of the matter. We also start larger jobs with a kick-off meeting. In complex cases, I provide the necessary support and, of course, coordination—sometimes together with the respective clients. It is particularly important to me that my colleagues always feel comfortable coming to me with questions. In this way, we are all constantly learning and developing while working on jobs. This benefits us and, of course, our clients.
